大阪では一日分の飯は昼に炊き、江戸では朝に一日分の飯を炊きました。一日一回しか飯は炊かないので大阪では夜と次の日の朝が冷や飯、江戸では昼と夜とが冷や飯でした。
あるときに江戸の設定で夜にほかほかのご飯を作っているシーンがありましたが一般的ではないなあと思ってみてました。当時夜に飯を炊くなんてことはほとんど考えられないことです。
